Purchase conditions

Kashmina Knit it is a corporation registered in the Company Register (Orgnr 911 603 802). The firm's added value subject and all prices are therefore included VAT. Below you can read about the purchase and delivery terms. These terms apply to all sales, unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and us.

 

Goods
Kashmina Knit it is doing their best to describe their products, both in terms of appearance, structure, thickness and colors. Kashmina Knit it can not guarantee that there will be some smaller deviations in product color compared to what you see on your screen. This is mainly due to different display settings and apply to all e-commerce. It should be noted that this is rarely a problem.

Kashmina knit it has reservations against technical error, it may happen that goods are sold without appearing in inventories. In such cases money is transferred back to the customer.

Kashmina Knit it has taken a long time to find partners that deliver quality at every stage and that stands for ethical production. We buy our cashmere in Inner Mongolia and colors up the wool yarn in our favorite colors with our partners in China. All yarns are 100% pure cashmere of highest quality. All yarns from Kashmina Knit it is washed and unused.

 

Rates
Rates are quoted in Euros. Freight costs is set, depending on home country, but it never surpasses 20 EUR. Taxes may be added, according to the policy of your home country.

 

Right of withdrawal
Act applies to consumer purchases online. You can return unused yarns, together with the attached withdrawal form within 14 days and get the money back. Return costs is borne by the consumer. The yarn has to be returned in the same condition as it was received. All yarns on SALE may not be returned, unless there is an agreement between the customer and Kashmina Knit it in forehand.

 

Complaints
Any damaged goods obviously caused by mistake or failure from Kashmina Knit it´s part is replaced immediately. Such shortages or damage must be reported to Kashmina Knit it via email and picture documentation, within a reasonable time, not later than seven (7) days after received. The yarn is replaced with a new one, or if desired, the customer gets refund. This will happen within 5 working days after the report is received.

Kashmina is only responsible, and will only replace the yarn, if it is proven to be damaged from production. Other damage, more likely to be caused by buyer will not be replaced.

 

Customer responsibilities
The customer must be at least 18 years, or have the consent of an impending, and is responsible for payment of the ordered goods.

Privacy
All personal data provided when purchasing is only used by Kashmina Knit it and will not be disclosed to third parties.
